Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Advance payment up to 50% of project cost shall be charged at the beginning of any development work. 
  • Overseas clients are requested to use escrow accounts for safety and security of your funds.
  • We welcome our clients at Upwork, Fiverr and Guru. Clients are free to pay us via these websites as well. 
  • Upon completion of the task the clients are given a total of 7 working days to ensure all changes and updates are made to the website. We also expect clients to pay the final due amount by the end of 7th working day after the completed project has been handed over. We will likely terminate the account or delete all the files if the payments are not made after 7th day. 
  • Advance fee is non-refundable if any domain was registered or any hosting account was set up on client’s behalf.
  • We offer technical support as long as the client is in business relationship with us. In case the client decides to move on, no refund will be provided for any maintenance charges paid by client. 
  • We are always available to connect via WhatsApp, Email and Phone. Please feel free to call us for any disconnects.
